Hello,
I signed up for TalkTalk Fibre 150 after moving home on the basis of the £100 gift card that came with the deal. I received an email from Giftcloud confirming this but with no order number beginning with N which after getting into contact with them to track my card they say they need. They also say TalkTalk have not confirmed my purchase or that my service is live. Could this please be investigated and feedback provided as soon as possible. I joined TalkTalk on the basis of that promotion and without it I don’t consider terms having been met.

Hi Arne,
I got an email from giftcloud on March 20th and another one today that has a voucher status link, when I click it I’m taken to a progress bar that says sign up, purchased, gift card and it hasn’t confirmed purchase so I can’t do anything with it. That’s the issue.
