Why have I been overcharged on my monthly bill after you bought out Shell Energy.

I rang about this in early July, and was told that there would be a credit due back to me on the next bill. Well guess what? No credit came forth this month.

It appears to me that you are charging existing customers within organisations that you ''buy out'' for the pleasure of becoming Talk Talk customers. Please explain what is going on here.

Check what dates the bill covers, @overcharged.

 

Normally it will just be the month going forward but any new / migrated customers  are charged for the dates from a switch to the start of the billing date this time.

 

I'll move this to the billing section for you.
