My husband and I will shortly be moving house and will be staying with my son until we find somewhere suitable to live. Unfortunately we will have about 14 months left on our Broadband Contract. After a frustrating hour on the phone and being transferred to three difference people, the last of which went off the line and never came back, it would appear that the only way forward is to end the contract at a cost of £143.9p. Is this right? We have been with Talktalk since 2006 does loyalty county for nothing these days.

HI @Alice76
Sorry there is no pause facility on a contract, Would the new owners consider taking ownership of the account?

I can email the form to you, if that is the case.

Unfortunately there is no way to put a live account in abeyance, your only option is to cancel. Bear in mind that the new owners are likely to want to use the line for their own service.
