You have taken 2 payments from my account 1 at £25.53 and 1 at 28.74 could you please sort this out I contacted shell who have told me it's down to you now as I see it over £50 a month for broadband is shocking please sort it out or I will take this further

If both are showing as shell, they must have taken it, we don't have access to shells systems.

There are 2 payments taken 5 days apart on online banking it says shell on both I've contacted shell they say it's down to you now
