I changed my contract to full fibre in April, including unliited landline calls. Since then I have been charged far more than both the original contract and the new one (for 3 months now). My fibre installation was completed in June and no change in my account, still vastly overcharged. I have contacted you about this but nothing done so far. Please look into this immediately.

Do you have 2 account numbers? I can only find 1, if you have can you add them to your private notes section of your community profile.
