Hi I just moved from shell energy and just wanted to check my bill was correct as it was a lot more than I usually pay

The first bill since the transfer is sometimes higher due to pro rata charges.

Your package costs from your next bill will be the same as you agreed with Shell,

Have you registered for My Account, @Kyraxx2003?

You should be able to see all your billing details in there.

If you were once a Talktalk customer prior to Shell and now Talktalk again, the older Talktalk details can be removed to enable you to register for My Account. 

The first bill from Talktalk includes days up to the billing date as well as the full month ahead.
