I've just been accepted for a package but then seen for an extra £4 a month i can get a TV with a different package, how do I go about swapping to that package other than  the one without the TV?

You have a 20 day cooling off period after placing an order so call 0345 172  0046 to cancel and then place a new order.

Calls to Customer Services on 0345 172 0088, Loyalty renewals and cancellations on 0345 172  0046 are all free from your TalkTalk 'phone.

 

For calls to Customer Service agents from a mobile, call 0203 441 5550.
