Hi,
Can you help me when I log into my account on my iMac using Safari version 16.3 I get a blank screen see screen shote below. Can you tell me how to remedy this

Ive fed this back Safari does seem to be a bit of problem which flares up every few months.

Hi,
Chrome works fine for me too.
I have not bothered to try with Firefox or Edge. but the main browser I use is Safari so I thought I would point out the problem.

Hmm, I'm not even getting that far, just an endless loading loop. Chrome is working fine for me though, so try that, or another browser. While we wait for advice from the support team.
