Hi Team,
There is a current issue accessing "My Account": when attempting to log in the system gets stuck in a cycle of "Preparing account details..., Preparing your bill..., Preparing your dashboard..." before quitting and showing an error message:
"Sorry - for technical or security reasons we cannot log you in. Please refresh and try again"
Is this a known issue and what steps can be taken to access My Account in the meantime?

Have you tried different browsers? also try incognito mode.
