No giftcloud voucher

Hi. I've purchased a 500mbps Fibre broadband package in july and no update from giftcloud about the 80£ amazon voucher. I've almost forgot about it. If i click on the initial email from them (7 august) it says "your purchase is pending). I went live on 24 of july. To contact giftcloud i need my order id (starting with a "N") which i can't find in any of my emails including spam folder. Purchased thru comparethemarket. Any ideas on how to chase this voucher? Thanks in advance for your assistance!
