Not yet received email for £60 Giftcloud voucher

Hello all, I started a contract with TalkTalk in March 2022, and just realised that I haven't received anything relating to the £60 voucher I was supposed to receive as part of that contract deal.

 

I have the original email containing the "Complete your order" link that I followed to place the order. That email contains another link, "Click here to check the status of your order", which shows the following (see screenshot). Any assistance in sorting out the voucher will be greatly appreciated!

I'm in the same boat, and no one has replied to my thread about this in a week. There are so many threads about not getting the promised vouchers and rewards, what's going on here?

I was able to redeem the gift card as a virtual MasterCard, but have not been able to add it to Google Pay / Google Wallet in order to use in stores. I would have redeemed it as a physical card but this would deduct £5 from the value of the card. I have contacted GiftCloud directly about this as suggested by their email confirming the redemption.

Sorry for the delay.  The email has been sent on he27th Feb to your Gmail address. 

 

Have you checked the spam/junk mail folder?
