Good Afternoon, I’m aware that my contract with TalkTalk does not end until July of this year, however I’m trying to find out what I can expect my billing charges to change to once my minimum term ends.

If it helps I’m on Fibre 150 on G.Fast.

Thanks in advance.

@ferguson sadly despite my best efforts, it was not clear on my contract or my account.  However @Arne-TalkTalk  has just confirmed for me 😀

@Arne-TalkTalk thanks for clarifying, as I could not find that confirmed info on my contract or contract summary.

Thanks again 😀

Hi CJT1980

You are on fixed price plus so out of contract price is £32 + Evening and weekend calls boost at £10.

Sounds like it. All should be clear from My Account.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

Hi @ferguson , when I signed up I opted to pay extra to fix the price, so on that basis nothing changes I just go out of my minimum contract term?

It depends on what kind of contract you have. If it is Fixed Price Plus, then nothing. If it is a standard discounted contract you will be liable for an increase of 7.7% from April and then your package price will revert to the undiscounted price when the contract ends.
