I paid my bill last Thursday and it said there would be confirmation within 24 hours, it's been 4 days now and I still haven't received it. Previously after paying it would show £0.00 under "My Bills".

I can confirm that the payment has been successful.
When you click on your bill tab. you will see the updated account balance of £0.00.

Yes, it was a manual payment. It's the same way I've paid for the past 3 months. The bank shows that the payment went through on Thursday but I haven't had any confirmation from TalkTalk.

The recurring card payment system is still not functioning so for the foreseeable these have to be one-off individual payments.
Helpful if you could clarify what method you used.
