Has anyone else, novated across from Shell Energy, had an emailing threatening to add a £12.50 admin charge added to their bill because payment couldn’t be collected despite the fact that Talk Talk Know it’s an issue with Shell migrating the direct debit details across!!

We are aware of the issue with direct debits, the shell migration team are working on resolving this ASAP.
In the Interim can you make a one off payment either on line or via our customers services.
Admin fees will not be applied

You won't be charged it, @FedupwithTalkTalk8.
You'll see that many other people with the same issue have been told this for a fact.
I'll move this to the billing section for you to get a response from staff when they are back on here during the day.
