I believe I have paid my last bill twice. Will I be refunded or just not be charged next time?

There is only 1 payment showing on the 14th via Direct debit.

If you have paid twice, you have two options. You can either request a refund, it won't happen automatically. Or leave the credit in place which will be used towards the next bill. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
