Hi

1 .My Broadband in finished (middle May)

Received an e-mail on 9 June with a credit. Site Technical issues never allow me to request a refund ? What can I do ?

2.Phone is disconnected (inf on my account).By the way,never used . They keep on  charging me May, June ...

When we disconnect from Broadband the phone is not automatically finished ?

Just need to stop this.Should I go to the Bank to close Direct Debit?

Should I call the police?

Please add your Talktalk landline number and personal details to your community forum profile information. Don't display that in this thread but go via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Whatever you do, keep your Direct Debit in place until your service has been properly closed. The same details are used to claim the refund.

 

Staff will look into why the service doesn't appear to be fully ceased and sort it out for you.
