I am due to switch to Virgin media and stupidly didn't give myself very much crossover between starting virgin and ending TalkTalk and what do you know, I don't have the right box for Virgin despite them saying I was ready for quick start.

 

I need to extend my TalkTalk by preferably 1 month to make sure I can get setup with virgin and not lose internet. TalkTalk due to end tomorrow....

 

Can this be done? What is the quickest way to do it?

Unfortunately It looks to be beyond the point of no return to stop the cease.

Once you get disconnected from TT it will not be possible to get reconnected without a completely new order, therefore you'll need to make alternative arrangements until Virgin service goes live.

Thanks @Gliwmaeden2 , as I suspected unfortunately. Looks like I gotta get up early and try and catch someone before the snip.

 

Have already sent a lengthy email complaint to Virgin.

Too late at this late stage, @LojikDub.

 

Phone lines are closed. Live Chat is closed.

 

Neither starts up before 9am for support (except for Future Fibre....8am).

 

Staff may pick this up on the forum first thing so do check back c 7am+.
