Refer a Friend an absolute Joke

Has anyone had issues trying to receive their refer a friend voucher? I have made 3 calls since May and received 3 emails from talktalk saying I will get an email from giftcloud to redeem my voucher withing 10 days.
All 3 times I never received that email. Neither my friend or I have had anything through to redeem.
It's an absolute joke that we have to chase this up. I was also supposed to get a call from talktalk today to see if I had received anything. That call hasn't come yet.....
I'm disappointed that this scheme is being made available but not actually being seen through by talktalk. I don't really care who's at fault, just need it sorting.
Can any of the admin support help please?

I didn't sign up as it was my friend who referred me. He went live a few months before I did. I went live in May.

Has your friend gone live? they should have received a link once they have once confirmed your voucher will be sent

I was the referred friend. Not had any spam/emails and nothing in My Account. I also now have giftcloud looking into it but it's like pulling teeth..!

Hello,
Can I just confirm, did you sign up for this in your My Account? Have you checked your spam/junk mail folder for the email? There should also be an option in your My Account to check the status of the referral as successful, pending and unsuccessful. What does your status show as?
