Refer a friend link not working

Hi,

 

I'm trying to refer a friend via my account, when I click on the link, the page displays but constantly refreshes, I've tried using Edge, Firefox and Google Chrome but still get the same results, also I've tried clearing my cookies.

Thanks for the reply, at least I now know the problem was not anything to do with my PC.
