Currently on 67Mb full fibre at £26 a month.
Just got my renewal email wanting £35 a month to stay at that,
or I can have Fast Broadband for same price but only 11Mb download speed.
So now looking at Giganet 900Mb for £29 a month.
or maybe Virgin 200 - for about the same as paying now.
Sigh!!!!

They just asked me when I was thinking of leaving! Been with Talktalk since 2011, switched to FFTP this month, not been happy since. Its as fast as you advertise, but the connection QUALITY is very poor. I have suspicions the EERO6 router is to blame, but Talktalk have basically left me to prove it.

Hi, yes rung full fibre support and full fibre loyalty team plus chatted endlessly.
They cannot offer anything faster than 65Mb at my address for £26
Which is weird because CityFibre have listed loads of suppliers who can offer faster on same cable.
So am switching to 150Mb with "No one" .

Get onto the customer loyalty team directly, I am sure they can do better than that if they want to keep your custom. Select "Thinking of leaving us" when presented with options.

Or phone them up / use Chat, @MartinBarrettNottingham.
The offers they send by email / my account are usually much less attractive and may include unwanted extras that you then have to get removed anyway.
