Renewed online too early?

My contract was about to expire but instead of doing this on the phone and "negotiating" as usual I decided to do it online instead as I was in the office. So I did this (TV now going up from £2.50 to £5.00) but when presented with a "something seems to have gone wrong" page I started a Live Chat. When the team member confirmed that the contract had gone through already and that they could not "help me" I could have kicked myself as I probably could have negotiated with them I guess. Oh well guess it's too late now 🙄

Hi VCW1973

Call and ask to speak to the loyalty team on 03451720088 you should be able to re-negotiate.

Try again, @VCW1973, because I think the 14 day cooling off period still applies.

I'll move this to the billing section.

Staff will be able to clarify the situation, but there's usually a queue for attention.

You could try Chat or phoning again just to see [03451 720088, 9am - 7pm] and post back on here to let us know how you get on.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.
