I have decided to leave TalkTalk and move to BT. My letter from TalkTalk just said that they were sorry to see me go, but didn’t say anything about the date of the switch. BT have told me that TalkTalk blocked the switch until 5 January. Does this mean I will continue to receive TalkTalk services until then? I work from home and so I need to use broadband every day. I don't want to be left in a position where TalkTalk have withdrawn their service, but BT can't start my new service until 5 January.
