Requesting a returns bag

I've been a TalkTalk customer for some time and have used the equipment returns process at least twice. I've recently installed a a Humax Aura. I have a TalkTalk TV box (DN372T) and the TV box that came with my fibre install a year ago, which I never used because it needed external storage. How do I obtain a returns bag to send the equipment for recycling?

Sadly I've not heard from TT. I can only assume that my equipment isn't of interest. It would have been good if they could have confirmed this though.
