I do not know if this is the right place to post this, but gave up trying to do so anywhere else. I have no idea what 'label' to put in either. Today I received an email supposedly from TalkTalkMail service - taklktalkmail@113.com telling me there's been a pending refund on my TalkTalk account and Asking to Log in to My Account... Obviously I did not go via the link and will be sending email to phishing. What bothers me is that I received this soon after posting about my bill (call boosts query). I have received a few scam emails recently, all since posting on community about gmail emails being blocked. I have asked if there has been a problem with security, but I would like to know what the situation is and if anything will be done to protect your customers from this sort of thing.

Its definitely a scam email, we can block them once its reported instructions can be found on our help page https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Help-with-Phishing-emails/ta-p/2205384
