I recently came to the end of my contract (Fibre 65 plus TV) & decided to renew. When I renewed, I thought that I was starting a new Fibre 65 contract only, I overlooked the fact that it included Talk Talk TV as well. Can I have Talk Talk TV removed from my package, or would I need to cancel all together & start a new contract? I’m assuming there’s a ‘cancellation’ period for renewing. Thanks.

The TV charge is automatically added when you renew online, @Kev81.
It's a complete pain that they do this by default. You need to phone up 03451 720088 to get it removed (not open on Sundays).
Renewals are better done through Chat or phoning up, to avoid this happening and usually get a better deal, @Kev81.
