Hi I recently renewed my contract and was given a £5 per month for 3 months disc.
just had my bill and it’s increased by £1.15, why is this please as when I click on more details it says your £3.85 discount ends 15 May but it should say £5 as last months did.
are you able to help please? Then I was told when I renewed that if I phoned up they would add on a further 3 months discount (3 x £5), are you able to help with that too please?

thanks

Staff are not on here before Monday, @dudkate.

The expiry date of a discount (or any aspect of a contract) doesn't usually coincide with the billing cycle.

It may be that if you renewed in the middle of the month (eg in February) but your bill is issued later in the month, this month's bill covers charges till later in May, so the discount is not applied from the 15th May to the end of the period that this bill covers. So you do need to ring up to get it reapplied.
