We are new to Talk Talk. Once we have been connected, is it easy to talk to an actual person when needed?
We have had a nightmare so far & wonder if we are doing the right thing even signing up with Talk Talk?

I'm put through to a real live human whether on Chat or phone as long as I contact them during published opening hours, @PaulaPanda.

Hi @PaulaPanda welcome to the community some clever and immensely helpful people here, but no clairvoyants. If you could give an idea of the issue you have I'm sure you will get a satisfactory resolution.
