Transferred to sky on the 3rd of October.
As in, broadband went live with sky the morning of the 3rd.
Talktalk sent an email prior to this stating that I was leaving and my final bill l would be £5.03p.
I've just received a bag to send the router back. Fine.
Now I've got an email saying I'm late paying my monthly fibre bill of £35.
Logged in and my disconnection is still pending and I'm due another bill on the 31st of October.
What gives?
I'm not recieving a service.
Please help.
