Hi Arne,
Yesterday I started to get some strange emails from TalkTalk.
The first "Keith We've made the changes that you asked for" - I hadn't asked for anything, but in the body it mentioned the April price rises, but my contract is a fixed price one, when I last took it out on 18/04/2023.
The second "Keith, your full fibre is live", - I was upgraded to Full Fibre on 30/10/2023.
My contract end date is 18/04/2025
My gut reaction is just to ignore them, but please can you confirm if anything has triggered these emails?

im going to try to get some more examples and flag this as its going to cause some issues.

They appear to have been generated when Debbie has ordered a returns bag.
I can confirm that you are on fixed price.
