My contract ends on 13th Dec, talk talk customer service have been notified a month ago that I will not continue as I was originally with shell broadband. Talk talk have changed my billing cycle on my last bill. Over charging me exrra £35 for 5 days. I will lodge a complaint for poor customer service if my bill is not adjusted before 13th Dec. Thanks

Notes on the account show that you have decided to stay with TalkTalk, have you advised the other provider?

They always charge the full month, in case you change your mind or whatever unexpected thing happens, @Prabhjot, so you would then get another bill, after the cease, that refunds the unused days. You then claim that back from My Account.
After that bill your final bill is for £0.00.
Keep your Direct Debit in place until then, so that you can claim back the overpayment, as you need to use the same details in My Account.

You would be best to speak to the dedicated Shell Migration team on 03451 720088 (open 9am - 7pm), as staff here have limited or no access to the Shell systems.
When you call is answered be specific and ask for the Shell migration team.
