I started a talk talk account on 28/01/23, the man who sold me promised me first 3 months free and no installation fee. This was a lie and I have since been charged twice. I have also had zero internet connection this entire time. I requested a refund and cancellation both of which TalkTalk have emailed me about or confirmed on chat. Account was to end yesterday but didn’t so I called today and the advisor told me due to my offer I can’t cancel or be refunded…
Any solutions? I have attached screenshots

You need to complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account, @Jynx20.
Go via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information. Add your landline phone number or account number. SAVE CHANGES.
It sounds like a complicated situation, with some money already credited to your account. Really not very clear from the above what was going on!
