Hi
I have just noticed recently that TalkTalk have not been taking Direct Debit payments for some time from my account, my account shows a DD payment due around 1st Feb 24, (Not taken as yet) but nothing preceding that for some time.
I have emailed TalkTalk a week or so back but still not received a reply.
Can you help ?

Your account is showing as disconnected?
I would advise that you call us and speak to the future fibre team.
