I need my sales order number to claim the Top Cash Back offer and also i have not received my £75 gift card for signing up.   I read its 45 days from.aevice going live for the gift card.  No idea why it's so hard to get my sales order number ? 

 

Customer Service via chat will not give me any information only that a manager will call me.  This has been ongoing since 16th October. I have contacted them at least 10 times to try and resolve.
