Topcashback waiting for retailer

Hi, I signed up to FullFibre 900 broadband with TalkTalk back in November, direct through the TalkTalk website and via Topcashback.

 

I've chased up the cashback with Topcashback, who advises they are waiting on the retailer.

 

Is it possible to gain an update on this?

Hi, sorry to chase again but the cashback claim still states it is awaiting retailer verification. Is there anything further that can be done?
