Transfer from Shell

I have transferred from shell but can't access my account. I used to have talktalk a very long time ago with the same email address. When I login I just get my old closed account. How on earth do I get to see my account.

Can you add your new account number to your community profile, I cant seem to find it

It's easily done by the billing team removing the old details and then you can register afresh, @Tinad1.

 

Look out for a response from staff during the day.
