The transfer from Shell/Octoplus broadband has completed, but I cant (re)create my TT account as Id had one in the past.
I have both the old and new account numbers.
How can I get my new service linked to my existing account?

It's a simple matter once staff reach this, @cpbroadband.
I'll move it to the billing section for you as it's not to do with the broadband function.
They just need to remove the old details and then you can try again to register.
If this is not answered by staff today it will be after the weekend.
