Hi, I was put into a contract with TalkTalk when I thought I was just getting more information about Fibre 900. I have called, talked to webchat multiple times, to cancel this order for Fibre 900, cancel the contract and close the entire account. I have done this since the day after the contract started, so day 1 of the 14 day cooling period.
I have not received any confirmation of the cancellation. I feel I am entitled to written confirmation of the entire cancellation and closure and I have waited over 48 hours now for confirmation of this but nothing had come through.
My order number is in the TalkTalk phone number section of my profile. How can I get confirmation that all of this is completely cancelled?

The only way to to do this is the call and ask to speak to the future fibre team, again.
