I keep trying to change talktalk to my new address but the webpage gets stuck on (below) after clicking confirm. Allowed cookies, tried on multiple browers, and disable adblock.

Is there a bug? can it be fixed?

I would suggest calling us (03451720088) and speaking to the homemove team, the current service you have may not be available at the new property.

Did you use the Home Move team to help you move?
Staff will check that the new address shows in My Account.
They are not back before Monday, however.
