Dear TalkTalk,
It has been over three months since I purched a full fiber plan and have not yet recieved my £75
voucher as promised. Checking the status of the voucher, it states that my purchase is still pending and currently waiting for TalkTalk to confirm.
Could you please let me know when the voucher will be available.
