Voucher not received from Giftcloud

Hi

CAn anyone help as I cannot find info via google.

 

I purchased talktalk broadband back in March but did not receive my £50 voucher.  I had an acknowledgment that I had signed up for it but it seems its never been verified by TalkTalk.

What a dreadful service from TalkTalk. May I suggest to take the matter up with "Rip off Britain" there are a number of complaints regarding the same issue.

If you start your own thread (new message), we’d love to help.

 

We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.

When I signed up with TalkTalk, a £50 voucher was included as part of the package and to be received within 90 days. I’m approaching the 90 days and I still haven’t received my £50 voucher.

Im confused you say " I passed the voucher code on to Giftcloud but they are not issuing the voucher."  do you mean the Order ref ? 

 

Giftcloud will have sent it back to us to verify the sale which we have already done otherwise we wouldn't have a sales Ref.  

 

Ill chase it up again.

Hi

 

Can you explain why I am not being given the voucher please as this is well past the date it should have been issued.

 

Talktalk have clearly entered a partnership with this company and should accept some responsibility for resolving the matter.  If giftcloud are not a responsible or ethical company, Talktalk should not be working with them.

Hi

 

I passed the voucher code on to Giftcloud but they are not issuing the voucher. They keep saying they are investigating but refuse to say what they are investigating despite me repeatedly asking them.

 

Can you assist please.  I signed up to this broadband becuase of the offer you entered into with Giftcloud as this made the deal worth it but I am not being given the £50 voucher which is a significant amount of money.

Hi

 

CAn I get a response please.  I'm struggling to get anywhere with Giftcloud.  They are now asking for an order number which I did not get when I ordered the broadband.  They have stated the following:

 

"If you do not have the Order number, I kindly request you to contact the customer support of Talk talk who will be able to provide you the information."

 

Can you please get back to me.
