Hello,
Spoke to a lovely agent back in December as I was going to move company due to being at the end if the contract. The agent managed to offer a cheaper deal and a voucher.
The voucher was going to be for staying as a customer and for having trouble in the past via chat.
I still have not yet received this voucher, was wondering if this could be looked into.
