Hi 

 

After many hours, on the phone and speaking with multiple people in various departments.

They agreed I should not have been charged an engineer fee of £75.00

 

Despite getting a confirmation email

I am now getting reminders to pay £75 and warnings that I will be charges an extra £12.50, if I don't pay.

 

Is there an online chat system or text service I can contact to sort this out?

I hope this does finally get sorted tomorrow.

As I have already spent a total of 17 hours in phone calls and have spoken to around 20 people.

I will try the chat facility in the morning...
