So, I'm getting really frustrated with customer service. I joined up under a flash sale and qualified for a welcome voucher. This was back in July.
Fast forward to now and I'm being told by a customer service manager to check my spam folder (just like the three other reps asked me to).
Anyone else experiencing this/experienced this, as I'm getting zero help from customer service and I don't know how else to escalate the matter without getting external help....
