I signed up in August and was due to receive a welcome voucher of £75 from amazon which should have arrived by the end of December at the latest. At the time of writing I have chased 4 times and each time was told it had been escalated and I would receive the voucher within either 72 hours or 5-7 business days. So far, nothing. I also raised a complaint but after taking 30 mins to connect me to an agent they closed the chat after just 10 mins of inactivity where I'd had to step away. The complaints department was supposed to contact me to discuss but did not, I raised again through the live chat and asked to be connected to the complaints department only to face the same wait of 'all agents being busy' after 30 mins. Looking through the forums this is a common issue for many people and it seems talk talk are hellbent on making it as difficult as possible to get in touch and receive your voucher until you either forget or simply give up.
Has anyone escalated this with CISAS and what was the outcome? Did you receive the voucher and/or compensation for the time spent chasing talk talk to no avail?

@Tetters79. once your post is reached the case can be escalated, and staff will keep chasing it for you.
Sometimes tracking cookies get lost in the interim, so it does take time to trace.
