Why am i still getting bills with £0 cost

Why am i still receiving zero amount bills??? I am no longer a customer with this awful company who have made it so difficult to communicate with, not bad eh for a communication company, well done not talk not talk. STOP sending me this crap

How many months have you been getting these £0 bills? As far as I'm aware you should only get one final £0 bill to confirm your account is settled.

Does your account balance show as £0.00 in MyAccount?, or do you have any refunds waiting to be claimed or anything?
