Why you trying to bill me I left talktalk back in October 23 and just received another bill

Your account is fully cancelled and the last balance has been cleared.

@Michelle71, did you inform Talktalk that you were leaving?

 

Although moving from FTTC services  (Fibre35, Fibre65) to a similar Openreach serviced contract with another ISP should be straightforward, and the new company cancels the old service, if you move keeping your landline number, if you didn't keep the Talktalk number or you switched to a Full Fibre service (FTTP), Talktalk may not have been informed.

 

Instructions now suggest that you should always contact Talktalk directly yourself, and it needs to be a phone call.

If you didn't do that, there's a chance Talktalk was never told.

 

Please add your Talktalk landline number to your profile details for staff to identify your account when they reach your thread.

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings . Use the drop down menu and choose Personal Information.

 

SAVE CHANGES .
