Wrong Address on Account

How do you get the address on your account changed as it is wrong? I have an upgrade next month and they will be going to the wrong address. I've previously tried to get this resolved by support but nobody as changed anything.

We have now completed the address change on your account, the bad news is we had to cancel the upgrade order, as the address couldn't be updated on an active order, So we will need you to contact us again to place the upgrade again with our loyalty team on 03451720088

There are 2 addresses on your account,  so can you add the correct address to the private notes section of your community profile.

Staff can take a look. They are on here during the day Monday to Friday. 

 

Put your full correct address details in Private Notes. 

 

This can be found at the end of Personal Information. Go via your avatar/name; settings, drop down menu....SAVE CHANGES.
