Hello, I am posting this thread in hope a member of staff will see it and help me.
I had a direct debit bounce on this account on last months bill. I paid it instantly as soon as notified via a different bank account before the direct debit was tried again by Talk Talk. I thought that was fine as I was paid up. I got an email saying that I will be billed an admin fee on top of this months bill (which is my last bill as I have cancelled). The same will be on my final bill as I cannot pay out of the orignial bank account anymore, but still pay as soon as I am notified via my other account so nobody is paying late or missing a payment.
I am missing the initial direct debit because I am suffering from a back injury which has rendered me unable to work and I have to use a different account to manage money. I live on roughly £120 a month Universal Credit after my rent is taken out and the fact I have paid my bill and getting admin fees on top is horrendous. I had to sell my mobile phone so am unable to call the team and am using a laptop to send this message.
Please can a member of staff stop the admin fees. December the 30th is my last bill.
Thank you, Emma.

There are guidelines here for getting through difficult situations like this, @Emmmereff:
https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Struggling-to-pay/ta-p/2608934
You will need to catch this as soon as possible, so use your local Citizens Advice or similar, for help making phone calls, or ask friends or a neighbour?
This sort of thing cannot be resolved through the forum.
