removed anytime calls boost,through my account yesterday(07/09/24)..received confirmation email,but my account is still showing the boost enabled?when will this be updated?

The cancellation applies from the day it's made, @doblo, so calls thereafter are charged at 24p per minute to ordinary UK landlines.
The billing cycle may be different from the contract end date, and the next bill will reflect changes pro rata.

hi Arne,thanks for that.Are accounts aware that i cancelled "anytime calls" on saturday 07/09/24,the last day of my contract,and "boosts" discount?i dont want to be charged at the full rate.

Annoyingly this is happening increasingly frequently with what should be straightforward functioning for customers in My Account, @doblo.
You can try phoning 03451 720088 or using Chat after 9am.
I'll move this to the billing section for you - staff should pick this up during the week.
