cancelled service but didn't reflect on my account

I have called and cancelled my service as I'm moving with another provider. My contract is already over and after I called the number to cancel (0345 172 0088), I didn't get a returns bag so I sent in the chat to ask about it and the only answer I got is that there is no cease request on your account. What am I supposed to do now?
